The toilet seat was so loose that both my wife and I thought we were going to fall off. We went to use the bathroom and it's very dim, almost gloomy. When we arrived there was 1 blanket and a pillow, so we made due with that because we knew from our last visit that it would take over 3 hours to get anything bought to the room. We've been here a few times before and last night will be our last visit! When we recieved the message that the room was ready, we did the online check-in and then called the front desk and requested extra pillows, sheets and a blanket for our son stays in the living room area. Stayed here last night for aniversary with wife and son in 1 bedroom suite.
